This question is essential for the improvement of the visibility of our Chinese department. My company abandoned the Chinese market for around two years, and as a result, we lost a massive portion of our customers. Now we are in dire need of enhancing our visibilities online. It might be great to purchase Google paid ads to increase our exposure. We can target keywords, such as "change Visa status" or even our competitors' names so that when people type our competitors' names on the search bar, our paid ads will be shown above the organic research. Discussing this question will help me better understand our company's future market strategies for visibility enhancement.
Question 2:
Would hiring a professional video editor to be great to gain more views/subscribers for our YouTube channel?
Our company has multiple social media channels, and YouTube is one of them. Currently, I am in charge of video creation, but as a beginner, I sometimes felt overwhelmed, and the final product turned out mediocre. We did gain some views and subscribers, but hiring someone who can create stunning videos would be beneficial because we stand a much higher chance of gaining more subscribers and views for our channel. I will comprehensively understand our YouTube channel's future direction by asking this question.

This question is crucial for audience targeting because our company has been running several social media channels like YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. But we have yet to start diving deep into those media platforms that are popular among Chinese audiences. The social media choices of the Chinese department are slightly different from other departments because most mainstream western media platforms are blocked in mainland China. Thus, we must accept the fact and invent our most optimized method to drive traffic from the mainland Chinese market to our website. It is a future-oriented question as it will directly affect our website's traffic, so I wish to figure it out with my senior leader as soon as possible.
